I had a problem with a handheld PC when I connected it to my laptop to sync it. I kept getting an "Error 633" message. In addition, some nonsense characters appeared in front of the number I use to connect to my ISP. Reconnecting the errant PPC cleared the Error 633 message, but even though I have reset the telephone number several times, the nonsense characters cannot be cleared, andI still cannot connect to my ISP. I am running Windows XP SP3 on a Compaq Presario 912RSH.1 person needs an answerI do too
